Wine and Dine

Availability: Ready to download

Picking up the day after Mix and Mingle ends, Wine and Dine has all four men sharing and talking. Slowly and carefully Dave and Archie are fitting their lives together with Desmond and Wyatt. Dave thinks that if they're careful and talk a lot, there shouldn't be any issues, and for the most part he's right. If anything, his relationship with Archie is growing even stronger Picking up the day after Mix and Mingle ends, Wine and Dine has all four men sharing and talking. If anything, his relationship with Archie is growing even stronger now that they're letting the other two men into their beds. Dave has it all, really. His job is interesting, his lover is enthusiastic and his secondary partner likes to discuss plays and books. But maybe it's time for a change or two more. Maybe it's time for a whole new step, a whole new beginning. What should Dave do to keep everything on an even keel, or is that even possible with so many things going on at once?

Dave has just about finished the job creating shelves for Desmond’s library. What is only just beginning is the interweaving of the two couples, lovers Dave and Archie and partners Desmond and Wyatt. Dave and Des had their first date which went exceptionally well, and the men are looking forward to spending more time together and getting to know one another even better. At the same time, Archie and Wyatt are going to be spending time together as well, with Des’ permission of course as Wyatt’s Do Dave has just about finished the job creating shelves for Desmond’s library. What is only just beginning is the interweaving of the two couples, lovers Dave and Archie and partners Desmond and Wyatt. Dave and Des had their first date which went exceptionally well, and the men are looking forward to spending more time together and getting to know one another even better. At the same time, Archie and Wyatt are going to be spending time together as well, with Des’ permission of course as Wyatt’s Dom, giving Archie an outlet for his love of bondage and kinky side. The story begins with all four men talking about their respective existing and new relationships, making sure that everyone is comfortable with the path they are taking, referred to by Archie as "your average poly-kinky-partner swap." As Dave’s relationship with Des continues to strength, his connection to Archie deepens as well, leading Dave to make some decisions that have been a long time coming. Wine and Dine is another wonderful story about four exceptional characters and how they integrate into each other’s lives. This is very much Dave’s story, but the lives of Des, Archie and Wyatt are of course affected as well. It is clear from the beginning that Dave loves Archie, and the Used, Rare and Limited Editions series of stories tells of the budding relationship between Dave and Des. It is fascinating to watch as Dave explores the immediate connection he has with Des, one that is so very different from what Des has with Wyatt and what Dave has with Archie. Dave is the strictly vanilla member of the foursome and as a result the relationships he has with both Archie and Des are quite different than what each man has with Wyatt. I have found the way that Owen has weaved the character’s lives together, and integrated a character that is decidedly not kinky, quite intriguing and results in a unique and exciting story. My favorite part of the story comes at the very beginning when Dave is laying out the current situation. The way he describes it is so simple and matter-of-fact yet it is quite a complicated situation. This is a perfect example of Dave’s approach to life and what makes him such a wonderful character. “‘Basically what we have here is your average polyamorous, mostly kinky, partner swap. You and me, Des and Wyatt. Me and Des, you and Wyatt. Everyone knows, everyone agrees. I'm the unkinked part, though I'm thinking I've gotta get a point or three for the swapping bit. There doesn't seem to be anything terribly complicated about it at this stage.’” As those familiar with Chasers will know, this is the third in a set of three stories. Although this story could be read on its own, I recommend reading Meet and Greet as well as Mix and Mingle, the first two Chaser stories, before reading Wine and Dine. The stories really do need to be read in order to fully grasp the development of the characters and the relationships. This is a fascinating series that is a must read!

These two couples are just adorable. No drama, just sweet romance and lovely swapping. The sex is hot. The men are horny little bunnies. The BDSM is totally hidden though. It's talked about but never experienced. Boo.

Reading third part as the first is not good idea. The short story about four man settling together and exploring all wickedness of love and steamy sex. Nothing behind it.
